Erika was superbly focused on the task at hand, getting my son and grandson into a new home in the Denver area.
She knew the market, the need and worked tirelessly to bend one to fit the other. Communication was excellent and no detail was too small to escape her attention. She worked well with others in the business (finance, escrow, etc.) such that it appeared she had done so for years. It was like an experienced surgical team that never failed to save their patient. When negotiations were necessary, she took charge and got reasonable agreements quickly. Erika has skills I've rarely seen in one person and it was a joy to watch her work. If I had unlimited funds, I'd buy up Denver just to watch it happen.
I would highly recommend Erika for the following reasons.
First, she tries very hard to understand our needs and has knowledge ranging from the suburbs to the city that helped us decide. Second, she will fight hard negotiate for the price you want. Lastly, she has a great support team who is very knowledgeable and experienced. I plan to establish a long-term working relationship with Erika and her team.

Erika helped us buy a house during our relocation.
We had a short time to accomplish this during our visit to Illinois (~4 days). She was very helpful in setting our account up ahead of time to get a view of what we were looking for and was always available to answer questions. She lined up many, many houses for us to review and pointed out items in the house (positive & negative) that we may not have initially seen. With her help, we were able to find a house and complete an agreeably priced offer that weekend. Could not have done it without her!
